Welcome to the Fusion Recreational Adult Registration Spring 2019 Session with the Fusion Soccer Club!

This registration will allow you to provide direct contact information and agree to the consent form that is required for anyone wishing to coach or volunteer with the Fusion Recreational Soccer Program. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and check your Spam settings to make sure you are set to receive all the information regarding your account within the system. You will receive a receipt from the registration processing company-Sport Ngin very shortly after your registration(s) is/are confirmed through their site and it will be forwarded to the director of the Fusion Program.
